Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of DROPOUT DEPT. products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will review each case individually and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately via the contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
