Shipping Policy

Delivery Zones

DROPOUT DEPT. ships to all of Mexico and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping — Mexico

Delivery within 2–3 business days from dispatch. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Express Shipping — Mexico (Next Day)

Next-day delivery available for an additional fee, selected at checkout. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM (CST) for same-day dispatch.

International Shipping — United States

Estimated delivery of 5–10 business days depending on customs processing. Shipping costs calculated at checkout. DROPOUT DEPT. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
